HaQue's Waveguide

Marking out and drilling starter holes for the jigsaw.

Cutting the slots carefully with the jigsaw.

I want them EXACTLY 58mm!!.

The second slot down has a slight wobble, but the rest of the slots are very accurate.

Almost done, just need to fit the N-connector, the U-Clamps, clean it up and apply the weatherproofing tape.

Netgear MR814v2 Router attached ready for testing.

Looks good! Just need to waterproof the Router and get the mast finished.

going to get an aluminium welder to weld the backplate on. Ive mig welded ally before and it should be no problems. Should make a nice unit.

Testing different wavelength multiples to see what works well.

Taped to a bracket for testing purposes.
