Great news for those homebrew antenna builders...
We will have an SWR meter at the Hardware Stand which operates up to 4Ghz so if you have a homebrew 2.4Ghz antenna or just not to sure how well your existing antenna works, why not bring it allong to the Open Day and have it tested.

Same here, I missed the Open Day, I have a few antennae I would like tested.

It would be up to the member who was good enough to borrow it from their work place. So we would need to set a future date at a members meeting and organise Antenna Workshop.
But I think we'll need a few more members, and to ask the member in question very nicely to organise to borrow it again.

we can arrange for some antenna testing at an upcomming general meeting but it will have to be in August as the equipment will not be available again till then
