Please download the software from Church of WiFi
at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/warglue
then you just need to do the following on a win32 box where you have installed the software and put it somewhere in your path
eg copy the executable to c:\windows\system32
then open up a command prompt
start > run > cmd.exe
warkizniz04.exe "Kismet-Date.csv" "" "ouput.ns1"
Now you can share your kismet files with windows users
