Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month except December and are a great opportunity to get out and meet other members. Air-Stream Wireless was incorporated in 2002 and was the brainchild of a handful of young computer enthusiast trying to overcome the limitations of slow internet speeds between friends. Membership has grown from those early beginnings and now boasts over a hundred members and 308 nodes spread-out across Adelaide making it the largest Community Wireless Network in Australia.
