Mail Services Down 12/11/2009

UPDATE 17/12/2009: Mail server is temporarily back online before relocation. Please use the following to access services in this period:

• Webmail: https://mail.air-stream.org:443
• IMAP: mail.air-stream.org port 143 or port 993 (tls/ssl)
• POP3: mail.air-stream.org port 110 or port 995 (tls/ssl)

A problem has occurred with an Air-Stream mail server, and users are currently experiencing delays and failures when receiving and checking mail. We are working on it and will report as soon as the service returns.

Your mail will be queued on a backup mail server in the meantime until it can be properly delivered. We would suggest that everyone shuts down their mail clients and avoids accessing the server until the issue is resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.
