Have made a bit of progress along the nagios learning curve and now have a nice network map overlayed on a street map of Adelaide.
Access point and node placement is not so fine as to actually gleen physical location. Nagios polls each host every 5 minutes such that maps are semi-real time. I will slowly expand the host config as time allows. The map colours are being skewed when viewed at full zoom out and I have yet to suss out what is going on – colours are correct when zoomed in, this is a little frustrating and google has yet to work its wonders.
